Is Martell Cordon Bleu and XO Cognac Otard good quality?

I want to start to enjoy fine alcohol and found a bottle of Martell Cordon Bleu and XO Cognac Otard. Are these good quality cognac?|||those are both good cognacs. those bottles wont be cheap. the martell is the cheaper one I believe.
