Then Chicago will trade Hughes for someone and move up in the Draft.
Portland will definitely make the playoffs.

Yes they have Oden but to be honest he has already missed a full season and has always looked fragile. It would be good to have a good backup centre who if oden is hurt again can come in. Lopez also has some athletic ability that he potentially could play PF at some points and that would be a lethal front court.|||If it were this simple, a dozen other teams would be making this deal.
