What is the T.J. Martell Awards and who has won them?

I know it has something to do with it and I know Leslie Fram has won it before. Has Arsinio Hall or Kathleen Turner?|||The T.J. Martell Awards are an annual event held in NYC to benefit the T.J. Martell Foundation, which is one of the music industry's preferred charities. Usually, the honorees are folks who have something to do with the music industry...so I highly doubt that either Arsenio or Kathleen Turner would've ever won.
